National Alliance on Mental Illness - Washington Coast Affiliate supports those working
towards mental wellness, their families and friends, advocates for mental health at local,
state, and national levels, and hosts community mental health education programs.
NAMI Connection Support Group NAMI Connection is a weekly recovery support group for people living with
mental illness in which people learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each
other encouragement and understanding. Every Friday, 2:00 PM at Shops By the River
NAMI Family to Family Starts September 10th
For family members, partners and friends of someone living with a mental illness
12-week course, two hours once a week.

this course, I have met others who are going through the same things I am and have learned about many
